Corrective Work
Erase, Refine, Restore - Corrective Work for Flawless Results.
Service Description
When Treatments Go Wrong Aesthetic corrections aren’t always as simple as working on a blank canvas with no previous treatments or imperfections. The real expertise lies in correcting poor results when a procedure hasn’t been performed correctly by another practitioner. Our team includes highly trained professionals—many with extensive surgical backgrounds, plastic surgery expertise, or board-certified credentials—ensuring a deep understanding of facial anatomy and reconstruction. Across our international clinics, only qualified doctors perform these treatments. A common issue arises when treatments are administered by less experienced injectors, leading to undesirable outcomes. If dermal filler is placed too close to the muscle, injected too superficially, or applied with incorrect techniques or unsuitable products, the results can appear lumpy, asymmetrical, or unnatural. Instead of enhancing facial harmony, these errors can disrupt balance, making features appear distorted or artificial. Can It Be Fixed? The good news is that most complications can be corrected with time, expertise, and precision. Our specialists handle such cases daily, using advanced techniques to restore natural beauty. If the unwanted filler is CE-approved and hyaluronic acid-based (non-permanent), we can dissolve it using hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down filler over one or more sessions. However, multiple sessions may be needed, particularly if the filler has accumulated over time or if an inferior product was used. After dissolving, we often delay re-treatment to allow the skin to retract and regain its natural elasticity. A minimum waiting period of five days between dissolving and refilling is required, as the enzyme remains active in the body and could interfere with new injections. Safety First Hyaluronidase typically works within 1 to 24 hours, but in some cases, an additional session may be needed. Since it’s a highly reactive enzyme, we conduct a mandatory patch test before treatment. Approximately 1 in 7,000 patients may have an allergic reaction. It’s crucial to only trust practitioners who prioritize safety and understand the importance of achieving the best possible results on the first attempt. Never compromise when it comes to your face—corrections require expertise, precision, and care. Before any treatment, the first step is to book a General Consultation. During this session, our expert practitioner will assess your needs and discuss your goals.
Cancellation Policy
Eterna Clinic Terms & Conditions Booking & Payments All appointments must be paid in full prior to treatment. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward same-day treatments. Prices differ based on location and peak periods (e.g., December). If you're unsure about proceeding, we recommend delaying your booking. American Express (Amex) payments may not always be accepted, so please have an alternative method available. Appointments & Punctuality Arriving on time is essential. Being more than 10 minutes late could result in either appointment cancellation without a refund or an additional €60-€120 fee to adjust scheduling. While we aim for prompt service, occasional unforeseen delays may occur. Eligibility & Medical Considerations A consultation does not guarantee that treatment can be performed on the same day. Certain medical conditions, medications, or past treatments may impact your eligibility. If a treatment cannot proceed, the consultation fee remains non-refundable. Cancellations & No-Shows A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failing to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a temporary booking restriction. Reinstating your ability to book will require a double booking fee. A second no-show will lead to permanent restrictions on future bookings. Treatment Timing & Special Considerations Clients with upcoming major events (e.g., weddings) should schedule treatments at least 8 weeks in advance to avoid potential side effects. If you have a history of cold sores, please consult your GP about antiviral medication before treatment. Active outbreaks on the day will require rescheduling, and consultation fees will not be refunded or transferred. Doctor Availability & Review Appointments While you may request a specific doctor, availability is subject to scheduling changes. Declining an available specialist will not result in a refund. Post-treatment review sessions are complimentary, but any necessary touch-ups may incur additional charges. Missing a review appointment without at least two weeks’ notice will require a new booking fee for rescheduling. Travel & Scheduling Responsibilities Eterna Clinic is not liable for any costs associated with travel, accommodations, or loss of income due to appointment rescheduling or cancellations. We advise clients to plan with flexibility in mind
